Returns and Exchanges Policy
We work to satisfy every customer in terms of the quality of our products. If for some reason you don’t like the item, we offer a 30-day return guarantee.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If the product is damaged or not as described the customer should notify us within 7 days from the delivery date. All products, including damaged or not as described must be returned to our office for inspection and refund.
Shiba Shake will cover shipping and handling charges for defective merchandise and incorrect orders.
Refunds or Exchanges
Full price merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
Shipping and handling charges for returned or exchanged merchandise are non-refundable.
Sale merchandise is non-refundable unless it is defective.
- The item you want to return must be in the original condition, unused, unaltered and in the original packing. We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed.
- All returns must be sent with valid tracking number in order for us to monitor the delivery and issue a refund as soon as the item is received and inspected.
- Upon receipt of returned goods, Shiba Shake reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
We reserve the right to change or add additional requirements to this policy at any time.
